Benoit Kudinga
Founder

Benoit Kudinga

Benoit Kudinga is an economist, researcher and strategic advisor specializing in economic and macroeconomic analysis, public finance, budget governance and public-sector financial operations.

His background reflects the two dimensions of KEFA: economic and macroeconomic analysis to support institutions, investors and partners; and operational financial expertise to strengthen budgeting, financial execution, reporting, compliance and financial leadership.

In the Democratic Republic of Congo, he contributed to research and publications on macroeconomic stability, inflation, growth and economic policy, and served as Ministerial Advisor. He also taught at the training institute of the Central Bank of Congo and held teaching assistant responsibilities in economics at the University of Kinshasa.

In Canada, he held senior financial, corporate and strategic leadership roles in Alberta’s public sector, including as Assistant Secretary-Treasurer at Grande Yellowhead Public School Division, as well as within the Government of Alberta in budget analysis and public finance for several years. He also conducted applied research at the University of Alberta.
